Pathway_to_Purchase_Lending_Logo_yuma_azThe Pathway to Purchase (P2P) Program offers 10%, up to $20,000 in down payment assistance for qualified buyers in Yuma.  This money can be used for down payment, closing costs, prepaid items and/or mortgage insurance.  While you will have to sign a 2nd mortgage note for this money, the note is 100% forgiven after 5 years.  This is a new program as of 3/2/2016, and funds are limited, and awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis.  P2P is an excellent option for qualified buyers who plan to stay in the home for more than 5 years.  Read more on ourPathway to Purchase Program Page.
